Justin Albertson, M.S. A seasoned talent management consultant, Justin has used his expertise in competency model development, leadership assessment, and coaching to help multiple Fortune 500 companies build workforce capabilities by better leveraging their human capital. He has over 12 years of hands-on experience developing customized competency models and has conducted more than 2,000 competency-based assessments for a wide variety of roles. In addition, he has led Vaya initiatives on learning resources and leadership coaching for clients across several industries. Justin earned an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University, received an Executive Coaching and Development certification from Benedictine University and is certified in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder-Centered Coaching process. Over the years, Justin has provided his expert advisorship to clients such as GE Healthcare, GE Capital, Citibank, Boston Scientific, Northwestern Mutual, Hewlett-Packard, Amgen, Sanofi-Aventis, AstraZeneca and others. His expertise centers on defining “What Great Looks Like,” designing and implementing assessment protocols, and coaching professionals to optimize performance and productivity. Justin and his wife are the proud parents of four children.
Michelle Bush, Ph.D. leverages expertise in the areas of executive assessment, leadership coaching and talent management strategy to help individuals and organizations take a targeted approach towards growth, and to facilitate the accomplishment of their career and strategic goals. She has over a decade of experience in developing and coaching leaders toward higher performance, and in helping organizations uncover the leadership skills and success factors that will enable them to identify and nurture top talent. In her work with Vaya Group, Michelle currently leads a team of I/O Psychologists and Consultants in building initiatives to help organizations grow their talent. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies to build competency frameworks, create customized leadership assessments and provide personalized coaching. Recent clients include organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, General Electric, Campbell Soup, AstraZeneca and sanofi-aventis. Prior to joining Vaya Group, Michelle worked as a Leadership Development Coach for the University of Tennessee’s Executive and Physician’s Executive MBA programs, where she also earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Michelle’s clients appreciate her ability to foster a supportive and encouraging dialogue, while at the same time challenging them to think in new and different ways. Nicole Morris, PsyD. takes a systematic approach to Talent Management by helping organizations align their human capital and strategic business objectives. Focusing on the importance of competency modeling, assessment, coaching and effective pull-through of developmental initiatives, she guides organizations in connecting their people and business needs. Nicole has assessed and delivered feedback to hundreds of executive leaders of Fortune 500 companies. She has also led client engagements to increase sales leader’s effectiveness in top-Pharmaceutical companies. Nicole continues to play a key role in the research and development of Talent Management best practices, effectiveness and outcomes. Nicole received her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her PsyD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Nicole’s background prior to joining The Vaya Group includes three years as an HR Generalist for an alternative investments firm and consulting with the Naperville public school system analyzing cultural/climate trends.
Beth Doladee, M.A. received her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College and has over 5 years of experience in talent management consulting. Her expertise is in creating assessment vehicles to help clients leverage the skills of their workforce while encouraging individual growth and development. She has conducted over 1,200 behavior-based assessments, created competency-based profiles and team aggregate reports, acted as a facilitator in assessment centers, and provided assessment feedback and coaching to hundreds of leaders worldwide. Currently, Beth leads a team of consultants managing projects to aid clients such as Amgen, Hewlett-Packard, GE Healthcare, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, sanofi-aventis, GE Capital and others to develop top-performing sales professionals, managers, and executive leaders in addition to identifying high-potential incumbents.

Chris Seidl has worked with Fortune 500 companies in driving Talent Management solutions for over 17 years. He has spearheaded large global engagements with a variety of leading organizations, including HSBC, BP, Ford Motors, Hewlett Packard, EDS, and Daimler Chrysler. Chris has held senior leadership roles in Sales and Marketing, and provided solutions ranging from sales and leadership development to project management and business analysis consulting. His emphasis has been on leading client engagement teams that have provided clients with highly tailored solutions, built on delivering sustained business improvement and outcomes. A graduate of the University of Dayton, Chris leads the new Business Development team at the Vaya Group and resides in the Chicagoland area.
Greg Sekowski, Ph.D. With 25 years of experience in applied research and consulting services, Greg has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies to develop a wide variety of competency-based tools for the selection, assessment, and development of corporate employees. As a seasoned professional on the use of job profiling to describe and communicate the unique aspects of today’s changing roles, he has built customized models for hundreds of different roles in his career. With expertise in the areas of leadership assessment, team building and multi-source feedback, he develops and implements tailored leadership and managerial assessment programs. Greg specializes in effective, functional solutions that support and enhance organizational results via individual performance. He is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and is the past Vice President of Chicago Industrial/Organizational Psychologists. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from De Paul University, and serves as adjunct faculty in the College of DuPage Psychology Department.
