Russ Allison, Ph.D. is a Talent Management Consultant and Business Psychologist with over 15 years experience helping executives and organizations realize their potential. Russ brings psychology research and management best practices to the table and partners with clients to take concrete measureable steps to improve performance. From small private companies to global multi-nationals, he has consulted with industries as diverse as consumer electronics, defense, biotech, retail, financial services and energy.

Previously, Russ was a member of Personnel Decisions International, one of the world's leadership consulting firms for nearly a decade, specializing in leadership assessment, executive coaching and integrated talent management initiatives. Russ has also had an executive leadership role at a Fortune 10 corporation Hewlett-Packard where he was responsible for building and implementing the assessment and development strategy for the top leaders of the company.

Russ has provided assessment, executive coaching and talent management consultation services to companies such as American Express, Amgen, AT&T, Bank of America, DreamWorks Animation, Gateway, Genentech, Google, Lockheed Martin, Nestle, Shell, Toshiba and Toyota among others. Russ holds a M.S. Ed and Ph.D. from the University of Southern California.


Jeffrey D. Klawsky, Ph.D. is a Business Psychologist with 20 years of experience developing customized solutions for his clients’ needs. Most notably, he has developed employee selection and promotion systems for Bridgestone/Firestone, United Airlines, WalMart, McDonald’s, The Athlete’s Foot, Sprint, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Forest Pharmaceuticals. These tailored programs have included written tests, Internet-based assessments, and structured interviews.

Dr. Klawsky is a frequent contributor to CollegeRecruiter.com on a variety of employee selection and retention issues, and was a guest on the Bill Karlson Radio Show where he discussed strategies for hiring and retaining the best employees. He also has experience with international employee selection projects in Japan, Great Britain, Chile and Uruguay.

Dr. Klawsky was President of Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychologists for two years and is an Adjunct Professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (where he also serves on the Advisor Board). He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska and is a member of the Human Resource Planning Society and Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.


Linda Rasinshas over twenty years experience in developing people and organizations. Her consulting career began after successful assignments as a Director and Manager of Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Training, at several leading Chicago-based organizations. Linda’s consulting projects have succeeded in improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, in a number of focus areas, all related to building organizational capability: talent development strategy, systems and practices, career development, career coaching, and creating a culture of development, leadership team alignment and development, culture development and change, and Human Resources strategy and capability development.

Linda completed her Master of Science in Organization Development at Loyola University of Chicago, where she also taught a popular advanced graduate course in whole system change. She is a member of (HRPS) Human Resources: People and Strategy and the Organization Development Network (ODN). Leading organizations that have repeatedly benefitted from Linda’s expertise and skillful guidance include McDonald’s Corporation, Exelon Corporation, Comcast, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Quaker Oats/PepsiCo.


Linda Sharkey, Ph.D. is a Human Resource and Organization Development expert with over 20 years experience in the field. Prior to joining The Vaya Group, Linda has led strategic Human Source Management initiatives in such notable companies as Hewlett Packard, General Electric and Chase Bank. With The Vaya Group, Linda serves as a strategic partner to clients on the topics of Talent Management, Diversity, executive development and HR Effectiveness. In Addition, Linda leads a professional network of Fortune 250 companies and provides thought leadership regarding “next practices” in the area of talent management, diversity and inclusion. She is also a Distinguished Fellow at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, Global Leadership Development Center where she teaches, consults with and coaches executives. Linda collaborated with Dr. Paul H. Eccher to build the Talent Optimization Framework. Dr. Sharkey is widely published in the area of talent management, leadership development, culture change, diversity and strategic human resources. She has been a presenter and keynote speaker at numerous conferences including the Talent Management Magazine, Linkage, SHRM, OD Network, Women’s International Network (WIN), Oslo, Norway and Human Synergistics Conference, London. Linda received her Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University. Her dissertation centered on the impact of leadership in driving a culture of high performance.
